  1.         Below are the cursor movements allowed in this file. 
  2.    KEY    FUNCTION
  3.    PgUp   Move back to the previous screen of information
  4.    PgDn   Move forward to the next screen of information
  5.          Up Arrow Key - Move UP one line of text
  6.          Down Arrow Key - Move DOWN one line of text
  7.     ESC   This is your EXIT key to go on to the next selection.  Once you
  8. press this key you will EXIT the text file you are reading and go on to the
  9. next screen.  IT IS UP TO YOU TO EXIT with the <ESC> Key.  You will only see
  10. a reminder at the END of the text file you are reading.
  11.     This handy way of reading this file is possible by the use of "BROWSE.COM"
  12. a program by Charles Petzold,  Contributing Editor to PC Magazine.  This
  13. little utility can be obtained from their Interactive Reader Service by
  14. calling (212) 696-0360;  300/1200 BAUD,  8 data bits,  1 stop bit,  no
  15. parity.
